First Contact

This is where we discuss your finance goals, what you are wanting to achieve and ensure we are the right company to assist you.

 

Information Gathering

 

We will request from you various financial details such as your income, assets and liabilities, banking statements etc in order to understand your current situation.

 

Analyse and Advise

 

We will review your financial information and provide professional recommendations that align with your finance goals for your review.

 

Submission

 

Once agreement has been confirmed on our recommendations, then the application will be submitted to the bank or lender for approval.

Loan Approval

When a bank or lender approves your loan then we will need to meet and go over the details of the approval and the next steps.

Settlement

 

This is when you move into your home, acquire your new investment property or when the lender has paid money for a top into your bank account or simply put when the transaction has been completed.
